Support Our Work

Green Mind is sustained by people who believe that care is a form of climate action.

We keep our programs free and accessible so that youth in every corner of Canada, especially in rural, northern, and underserved areas, can access the support they need. Your donations, sponsorships, or in-kind contributions help us:

● Print and ship books to schools, libraries across Canada

● Offer workshops in underfunded or remote communities

● Provide honorariums for Indigenous Elders, youth facilitators, and artists

● Translate resources into French, Cree, and other languages

● Expand programming and outreach in partnership with youth-led groups

Share Your Story

We believe stories create change and we want to share yours.
Our online platform features original content from young people navigating the emotional realities of climate change. We accept short personal stories, poems, artwork, and reflections from youth ages 12–30.

Guidelines:

● Submissions can be text-based (300–800 words), visual (illustrations or comics), or multimedia

● Content should center on climate emotions, community care, resilience, or personal experiences

● Youth from rural, Indigenous, and equity-deserving communities are especially encouraged to submit

● Contributors will be credited and may receive a small honorarium if selected for publication

Sponsorship & Partnership Opportunities: Fueling the Movement

Green Mind is sustained by people and organizations who believe in the power of youth-led climate action, emotional literacy, and equitable access to mental health supports. Your contributions whether financial or in-kind enable us to sustain and grow this work.

Here’s how you can support Green Mind’s programming:

$50 covers art supplies, calming tools, and printed reflection worksheets for one classroom.

$250 funds a storytime session at a library, community shelter, or school including honoraria, books, and materials.

$500 supports the development and translation of toolkits in French, Cree, or other community-requested languages.

$1000 provides a full-length climate anxiety workshop in a rural or remote community, including facilitator travel and local engagement.

Custom partnerships can be developed for long-term projects such as youth mentorship programs, multi-school outreach, or Indigenous-led storytelling initiatives.

We are always open to co-creating initiatives with values-aligned funders, community organizations, education boards, and public health agencies. Recognition opportunities and collaborative impact reporting are available for sponsors and supporters. If you’d like to learn more or co-develop a funding relationship, please reach out, we’d be honored to partner with you.
